About In The Q Records

In The Q Records is a vinyl-only record label with one mission: Help musicians, both past and present, bring their art to life through the magic and wonderment of vinyl records. 

ITQ officially started in January of 2021 and, initially, the plan was to release small-run, limited edition vinyl records of our favorite artists from the 90s and early 2000s. As a result of CDs taking over the world in the early 90s, there is a lot of great music out there that has never had the honor of being pressed to vinyl or it was pressed in such a limited way that it makes it nearly impossible to find a decently-priced copy. While we work through the hurdles of licensing, the label’s immediate focus has shifted to helping musicians that may not have the ability to produce and distribute their own records. Over the years, I’ve built some amazing relationships within the music community and now it’s my turn to pay it forward. Our goal is to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and completely transparent experience for every artist we have the good fortune to work with.

On a more personal level, ITQ is the fulfillment of a life-long dream to start a record label. The past 15 months or so have been an intense exercise in self-discovery and actualization and I’m so thankful to have a husband that has been so supportive of this new endeavor.
